1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

2. Free Trial and Lifetime Access

We offer a 12-hour free trial to all new users. Upon expiration of the trial, users must purchase lifetime access to continue using the service.

Payments for lifetime access are made via bKash. Upon successful verification of your payment, your account will be granted lifetime access. We reserve the right to decline orders if payment cannot be verified. Lifetime access is non-transferable.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of N8N Academy. The Service is a curated collection of publicly available videos. While we do not own the content of the videos, the curation, organization, and presentation are our intellectual property.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To share your account with others. Each account is for a single user only.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall N8N Academy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
